I haven't received my tracking number
Your tracking number is sent automatically by email once your order has been picked up by USPS. If you have not received it, check your spam or junk folder first as our emails sometimes end up there. Make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct. Allow up to 5 business days from your order date, as orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours before shipping. If you still cannot find your tracking number after 5 business days, contact us at support@loralys.com with your order number and we will send it to you directly.
