Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24 to 48 hours before being handed to USPS for delivery. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package in real time on the USPS website at usps.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the information to become active in the USPS system. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@loralys.com and we will look into it for you.
