How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@loralys.com with your order number. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once your order has been handed to USPS, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, please wait until you receive it and then contact us to request a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
