How long does my refund take?

Once your refund request has been approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, we recommend checking with your bank first. If you still have not received it after 10 business days, contact us at support@loralys.com and we will investigate for you.
