How do I request a refund?

Requesting a refund is simple. Send an email to support@loralys.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back — you keep it. Please note that refund requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.
