Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@loralys.com with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to make the change before your order is processed and handed to USPS. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to modify the delivery address. In that case, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number to request a package intercept or redirect.
